Renew PT Closure – COVID VIRUS Update
Want to stay connected to your PT during the coronavirus closure? Renew Physical Therapy is excited to offer e-Visits & e-Wellness. Stay up on your plan of care or address totally different issues.
Medicare and most insurances are covering e-Visits for physical therapy services during the COVID-19 crisis.
If your insurance does not cover e-Visits, we can also address your need with e-Wellness. This is a cash pay service and will be billed as follows:
$20 for a 1-10 minute sessions
$40 for an 11-20 minute sessions
$60 for a 21-30 minute sessions
For those interested in e-Visits or e-Wellness please reach out to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
What do I need? A Computer, Tablet, or Phone with Camera & Microphone
How do I schedule? Email us at email@example.com or Call 206-535-8061
What does it cost? We can likely bill insurance for your visit! Insurance policies are expanding to accommodate patients seeking medical care during this crisis. Please call your insurance plan to confirm your benefits.
What if my plan doesn’t cover it? We offer e-Wellness. See the prices listed above.
If an e-Visit just will not do and you feel getting into a PT is critical, we are seeing patients selectively by appointment only. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 206-535-8061 if you feel this is you and we will connect you to your physical therapist to discuss.
As many of you are aware, Governor Inslee has called a lawful emergency order to shut down restaurants, bars, entertainment, recreation, and non-essential businesses to prevent the continued spread of COVID-19. In order to best protect our community from further spread, Renew Physical Therapy will be closed starting Tuesday, March 17th through Tuesday, March 31st, or until further notice. Further closure will be determined on a week-by-week basis and will be communicated via text and/or email or you may call our voicemail to get updated messages. This will cause economic impacts on all of us, our neighborhood and city, but every hour counts to prevent more infection.
We understand that for many of you, this disruption in treatment may be a concern for you and your care team. We are currently exploring options for telehealth follow-up visits and consultations to help keep your recovery on track. Though the clinic will be closed, your therapist’s will be available for you by email. Please stay tuned for further updates.
Remember to take care of yourself and your neighbors during this difficult time. We are all in this together, and we will get through this together.
