Physical Therapist & Owner
Erin has been dedicated to outpatient physical therapy in the Seattle area for over 22 years, following the completion of her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound. She became a part of the Renew team in 2018 and stepped into the role of managing partner at the Beacon Hill location in 2021, expanding her commitment to providing high-quality healthcare to more communities in South Seattle.
Erin’s approach to patient care is holistic and personalized. She combines patient education, corrective exercise, functional training, and neuro re-education to address the specific goals and unique needs of each individual. With extensive experience working with pre- and post-operative patients, including those recovering from joint replacements, cancer treatments, and gender-affirming surgeries—Erin also treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions affecting the limbs. She looks beyond the injury itself, considering the whole person to optimize recovery and results.
When she’s not helping her patients or managing the staff, Erin can be seen on the diamond as a Division I NCAA softball umpire. She lives in Beacon Hill with her family and can often be found at local parks and playgrounds in the area.

Cynthia is a Seattle native, and she is thrilled to be back in the Beacon Hill neighborhood. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Physiology and a minor in Dance. She then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. Cynthia enjoys treating post-operative patients, athletes, and individuals with shoulder and knee conditions, as well as geriatric patients.
Her training in Movement System Impairment (MSI) provides the foundation for her treatment approach. She strives to help patients achieve their goals by correcting repetitive movement patterns and postural misalignments that may contribute to joint pain. She recognizes that patients are more than just their physical injuries and believes that successful treatment requires a biopsychosocial approach.
In her free time, Cynthia stays active through weightlifting, running, chasing after her toddler, hiking, and exploring new parks. She firmly believes in the principle of “practice what you preach” and understands the physical demands required for various recreational activities. Movement is a central part of Cynthia’s life, and she is excited to help you return to the activities you love!

Dr. Stefanie Jemison was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and has lived in Seattle since 2019. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2016. Her journey with physical therapy began as a patient in her teenage years, which led her to become a volunteer, student, and ultimately a therapist. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans, which deepens her understanding of the connection between mind and body in patient care.
Dr. Jemison has extensive experience in outpatient settings, including small community clinics, hospital-based outpatient facilities, and industrial rehabilitation. She specializes in treating chronic neck and back pain, utilizing a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based assessment techniques such as the McKenzie Method. Physical Therapist Assistant
Victor was born and raised in Cleveland, OH and spent most of his life on the east side of the Mississippi until he moved to Seattle with his wife in 2020. He graduated with honors with his PTA degree from Pima Medical Institute.
Victor’s entrance into the physical therapy field was very much based on what he calls the “selfish reason.” He sustained multiple injuries during his four years in the Marine Corps in his early twenties and was eager to learn about non-pharmacological and non-surgical ways to relieve chronic pain and strengthen the body. Along the way of finding methods to manage his own injuries, Victor fell in love with the field of physical therapy and helping others overcome their pains and injuries. He is very excited to start his career at Renew Physical Therapy. Caution, beware of dad jokes.
In his spare time, Victor enjoys lifting weights, listening to audiobooks, biking, playing video games, watching football (GO BROWNS) and MMA, as well as spending time with his wife, cat, and husky.

She has always found herself drawn to customer-service roles, spending many years working in restaurants before switching to the medical world in February 2020. She was drawn to the medical field for the opportunity to provide a more personal level of service and ability to help set the tone for a warm, welcoming, and supportive experience for each person. Rebecca was drawn to Renew specifically for the team-oriented environment and commitment to the South Seattle communities.
Outside of work Rebecca fills her time wandering through the mossy forests and the majestic mountains of the PNW; often seeking out local breweries for a post hike refreshment. Rebecca can also be found surrounded by the creative chaos of her numerous craft projects.
