It’s inspiring to see how far you’ve come and that you’re back to enjoying your regular activities, including gardening and Taiko! We appreciate your kind words, Karen!
“I’ve been working with Jun as one of his first patients and my shoulder recovery from a fall and later with Victor. From the shoulder injury and subsequent hip pain and hip surgery, bilateral sciatica, and recovery I have enjoyed my PT experience. My shoulder had a torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon on my right shoulder and dominant arm. I have gone from very limited and painful movement, and range of motion to returning to all my regular activities. That includes gardening and playing Taiko which requires strength and range of motion. My hip pain started in 2022 but I did not come in until September 2023. Which waiting for my hip surgery (03/24) the PT helped alleviate some of the pain and strengthen other parts of my core and muscles which allowed me to maintain day to day activities with limited need for any pain medication. Recovery from surgery was relatively quick, had it not been for the sciatica that started when I overused or compensated using my left hip. Now I am doing all my regular activities again and looking forward to increasing my exercise and strengthening. I have enjoyed being able to walk across the street and be in a place with positive, encouraging, and supportive PT staff! And running into other neighbors at the same time!” – Karen
